This is my first time sharing content on this blog, and I’ve only been doing it for a couple of hours. I know, I know, it’s kind of a slow process, but I have my heart set for a good, balanced, loving life.
I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately and Ive been searching for some great books to help me in my journey of figuring out what I want in my life. I was browsing a few self-help books and I stumbled upon a couple that really resonated with me. One was a book called “Art of Self-Awareness,” and the other was “The Art of Self-Awareness Blueprint,” which both are really wonderful books.
Goodreads is the most comprehensive resource on this topic at the moment, but I think it’s the most worthwhile. It provides some great reading recommendations.
I have to admit, I’m not quite sure what these books have to do with each other, but I did start reading them and I’m loving both of them.

There are two books on the Blueprint: The Blueprint and Art of Self-Awareness, and I think both of them are really good. The second book is the original source of the website’s homepage, and is much more practical than the original. It’s a little more thorough, but it is still a great read. Ive read the original book twice and was quite impressed.
The self-awareness that Jaylin and I have is a little different. It actually is more of a psychological approach to the self-awareness I’ve gone through. When I was reading the original book, I had a lot of anxiety, and a lot of doubt. When I read the second book, I had a lot more confidence and I feel like my opinion of myself has changed.
