The music industry is a big business that’s constantly adapting to new laws and technology. If you want to be in the music business, you need to keep up with all of the changes that come with it. There are tons of free online resources for musicians, from blogs to articles to books, and some of them are really valuable. But if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re not going to get far in the music business.

I know what you mean. I think that the majority of people get overwhelmed by the amount of work involved in public relations. The fact that most of us don’t know what we’re doing is one of the major reasons why it’s so hard to do a good job. But there are lots of ways to get started. And what I have found to be much more effective lately is to become proactive.
As a person who has spent a lot of time marketing myself, I know what you mean. I try to do as much as I can as soon as possible, even if that means doing a lot of things in the beginning. I know that this is a lot of work, but I also think it’s a lot of fun.

When you’re a bit busy with your own life, you often find that it’s a good idea to step up, and do things that will benefit you more than just yourself.
