The salary for a performance marketing manager is a great indicator of the kind of employee you want to hire. In some cases, it’s not even that relevant to the individual’s actual salary. It should be, but it is rarely.
So, you have to decide who you’re going to make an offer to and what you’re going to ask for. The salary for a performance marketing manager is usually dependent on the number of days the employee works in a year. You only have to be a bit more specific with this information, but the typical expectation is somewhere between $60,000 and $90,000.
This is not a job that you want to get.
In many cases, the most you can hope for is a little above minimum wage. In the case of the performance marketing manager, you probably want to be making at least double that, but you can also get much more. This is a really high salary for what you do, so you need to be really good at it if you want to make it.
