The more we got, the more we heard about our book, which is why this book is part of the first two part series coming out soon. In part one, we cover how stress affects us and how the effects can either cause or exacerbate an illness or disease in our body. In part two, we cover what the positive effects of stress are and how they can help you get healthier. The book is a compilation of some of the best articles weve found on the topic.

The main point is that stress and stress-related diseases are the most prevalent chronic diseases in the world today, and researchers have found stress-related diseases to be the most common among humans, with the most common being depression. If you are constantly searching for a job, but constantly tell yourself “I don’t want to do this” or “I am just not that motivated”, then you are in a lot of trouble.
