There are a number of ways to do this. The most simple is to use “[your_keywords]” in the URL (the name of the template) in the “about” section, or in the footer of your website. Using “[your_keywords]” for your keywords is fine, but I’d recommend using a unique short URL (which you can use anywhere in your website) for your keywords.
